I’m loving this book, it’s quite a ways into the series but I’m still following and enjoying the characters just fine.
The way Paretsky writes is very engaging, I’m totally engrossed in the story. All the characters have amazing depth and I have feelings for every last one of them. I feel like I’m a part of the city, living and working, struggling and surviving despite big business trying to keep me down.
