Couldn't fall asleep tonight so I picked up this one. Is very soft and wholesome thus far. I've decided that the cat sounds like a middle-aged British man (or a grandpa) - he is polite and uses terms like "dyed-in-the-wool". :~)

How should I describe my experience with J-lit? Gentle, slice-of-life, little adventures away from adults. The youth are kind and purehearted, and the ones from the city happily play with their cats, while the rural ones happily grow vegetables.
