Started listening to the audio book (does that count here?) and re-watching the film after watching Room 237 on Net Flix. Last time I read this I was ten and I was surprised how vividly I remember it. I think Kubrick made the right choice in leaving out the hedge animals; but I like everybody a lot more in the book.
