Rough estimate is page 50. Thomas goes to the glade, confused. He doesn't know who he is other than his name. Interesting things have been happening in the glade. To newbies enter the glade two days in a row. That has never happened before. The glade is pretty much part of a maze, that no one has been able to get out of.

I enjoyed this book. It turns out Thomas is in a testing zone and he and the rest of the people there have to get out. At the end, they accomplish their goal but with many losses. Chuck, Thomas's friend, dies along with other gladers.
