I just had a street team member tell me that I needed to increase a rating of a book because the author was new, and that I was harsh...Seriously?!?

Wow- I guess I have been failing on the Street Teams I am on. I would NEVER tell someone how to rate a book. I would hope that they enjoy it as much as I do when I recommend a book, however I understand that everyone's opinions vary.
