Emily's family suck. As a reader we know Emily isn't crazy, but even if she was you don't tell someone with schizophrenic symptoms to suck it up and stop being so much trouble because you find it difficult to deal with. How do you think they feel?

If you want your angels to follow the rules then it'd probably help if you actually told them what they were. How does no-one pick up how dodgy that is? Also what's with all the flipping back and forth between Emily and Azrael? Just as I start getting in to one of them I suddenly have to pick up with the other again.
