Finished Cranford (the first story in the collection).
Took me almost half a year (mostly b/c of the format, I wish I have physical copy of this instead of PDF), but I actually enjoyed it a good deal. The kind of period Western slice-of-life that I rarely found, with amusing characters who slowly grew on me throughout the story.

Aravena

Finished My Lady Ludlow (the third and last story in the collection). Similar structure to Cranford, but with a slightly more memorable narrator and much more problematic central character. Also the richest in terms of themes and character growth, hence it became my favourite in this collection.

Finished Mr Harrison's Confession (the second story in the collection).
Yet another lovely story, felt more brisk than Cranford, but also has similar charming slice-of-life vibe and great supporting cast. Less poignant/touching, and I kinda wish the main character ended up with another character romance-wise, but overall still very enjoyable to read.
