These are important & active legal precedents, especially the one made moot by the Voting Rights Act of 1965. I have learned that the language used in these is what determines the rhetoric of the Overton Window, hence winning arguments is for "liberals" as that YouTuber C. Gillis said in a recent video about Book Worship & Lenin.

It's interesting how our rights depend on defending patriarchal murderers.

So the previous chapter had to do with jury selection. It also appears to me that this is where the shooting up schools being associated with racists such as white trash comes into play. However, I have to listen to that chapter again because I forgot whether the brothers were black or white.

This part about white people wanting a social wage & white supremacy even tho they contradict each other is a problem we've seen since reconstruction. So this needs to be considered when dealing with the party not aligned with the south's regionalism. That is, Obama etc weren't ever getting support.

This chapter is giving good info about USAmerican guerilla warfare tactics about white supremacists. It should also be noted that the phenomenon white supremacists incorrectly call a deep state is basically this KKK shit. White supremacists don't deserve any sympathy.

So the ku klux apparently started as a prank group until it inspired slave patrols to continue operating. So yeah that's horrifying. There's lots of horrifying massacres mentioned thru out this book. Apparently expelling bourgeois traitors from congress we already tried during reconstruction, but radical Republicans from that era never reckoned with the land being stolen from first Nations.
