it's scary to think that Russia is still transitioning to Capitalism... ugh, the washington consensus seems foolish unless we consider the goals to have been severely different

so cliff concluding that it was slave labor instead of wage slavery, i've seen that paragraph somewhere before... it's also apparent that the understanding that capitalism is inherently racist hadn't been reached yet

i also want to mention that when they brought up the peasantry circa 1928, it's why i'm a bit more in favor of very much localized food growth now

this paragraph starting with this sentence is an important paragraph to me
