Nook readers, have you ever had a book you purchased become lost from your Nook? I'm looking for a book that I purchased two years ago. It isn't currently on my Nook or in the archives. The B&N customer service people are giving me a hard time about finding it :( Has anyone else had this problem?

I have the book listed here on Goodreads as a Nook book I own. Just to be on the safe side, I even checked with the local library, in case I borrowed it & recorded it differently here. But it isn't even offered at the library. And of freaking course the book I am looking for is an erotica book, so when I called B&N customer service to complain I got some guy who was giggling like a little girl *takes deep breath and counts to ten*
