I went to 2NC with some friends yesterday and came out with $40 worth of secondhand bodice rippers. And a gorgeous edition of Anne of Green Gables. Anyways, this is more research! The inside cover to this book is absolutely gorgeous. (And there’s someone’s name written on the first page.... that always makes me so sad. I’m gonna write my name underneath in smaller print. Continue the tradition. 🥺)
