Queen Lulu shows up after Amy has a bolt of lightning cast upon her, to see Ozma and try to make herself feel better about letting Ozma get kidnapped while Lulu was Ozma’s nanny.
Queen Lulu gave Amy a pink handkerchief that will act as shelter for her and Ozma as well as keep them hidden.
