A professional read for personal and career development purposes - about 3000 universes removed from my usual tastes.
Somewhat insightful, but a mostly abstract and rhetoric-laden read, tailored toward senior BAs removed from your basic BA role. No true practical advice on analytical techniques or genuine methodologies (e.g., SWOT, Business Process Analsis etc) so far, not expecting that to change later on.
