Maybe the best development of Loki’s character I’ve ever come across…the story is a little thin…how in Hel did Loki ever ascend to the throne and then have no apparatus behind him to assist his control beyond a handful of sniveling minions? No clue. But beautiful illistrations here reminiscent of Frank Frazetta’s barbarian art from my childhood.
