8 chapters in and still haven't gotten to the main point of the book that I've been looking forward to. 😭

I hope this goes more into how to raise your children to have more pride in their identity because I fond that topic in this particular area interesting.

I feel like I found this at a good time in my life. These parts about the light skinned/multiracial girls vs dark skinned girls is really interesting though.
