I don’t know if it’s just because I’m listening to this as an audiobook the second time around, but I cannot get over how clunky some of the dialogue is, especially when it is read out loud. The author has a habit of stating something before and than saying like almost the exact same thing in dialogue. Some of it just feels unnecessary. Also, America is such a stupid name.
