I'm halfway through this and still feeling very off-kilter while reading it - haven't figured out yet if it's more due to Mahit and Three Seagrass themselves are feeling off-kilter and it's coming through narratively (which it is), or the fact that I've forgotten too much from the first book that keeps getting referred back to :/
