Ok so some of these chapters make me snore. Especially "Letter" and "A Lesson in History". Other than that, the chapter "The Light Empire" was very dark and felt out of place compared to the rest of the book's tone. Also, the author's anti-military sentiments really show with how she describes the soldiers themselves.
