I'm still learning a lot from this book, even if some of the things she says rub me the wrong way- and it reminds me of my support group a lot. I'm enjoying it immensely.

I used to say,"Change is the only constant." Now I read,"And in an ever-changing, ever-evolving world, you are your most beautiful constant." I've decided I'm inclined to agree.
