A little more than halfway through and I'm going to have a hard time finishing this book. I thought the premise was interesting, but the inconsistent pace of the plot, the undeveloped characters, and the typos might stop me from finishing. I feel like this book would have been a lot better if the author had slowed down to explain the history of the world and thoroughly introduc the characters.
