Gave up. Took me 6mths to get to 50% read, such a slog. Not one character was relatable or had any redeeming features. Perhaps with half the characters being nano-tech advances mutant spider aliens that is to be expected. But still, I just couldn’t get on board with the story, even though it had a lot of potential.
