So far, it feels like an advertisement of fruitarian diet. Most of the things I read here I already know, or heard before, but still it was written in a beautiful way, so it helped me again to strengthen my believe in this diet.

This book is a blessing for someone who knows nothing about this diet as it explains all the basics of the diet. At the same time it is an amazing for the ones who fall in love with fruit.
