A toddler goes missing during a horrible rain storm. The Painters Mill creek looks like one huge rapid river, ready to take out a bridge. The biggest problem is that the family is not being honest with Chief Burkholder. While searching again there is blood found on the bassinet pillow and a foot print. Who would take a toddler out in this weather? Why would they take him. This is a fast paced novella !
