Holy crap! The monster in the chapter I just read, was intense! I love the way she wrote the action sequences, it really pulls you in, and the main character doesn’t just have this mystical super power to fight as a seasoned warrior. So you are scared for her inexperience as she blunders her way through a rather heated battle. I can’t stop reading it! Ahhhh!

What a great story so far! I really enjoy the way Kristen Britain describes but doesn’t over describe like Stephen King does. The world is very reminiscent of a Tolkien world, and I love it. I can’t wait to get further into this series.
