giving this book a start. sorry if I sound glum. this lousy weather is really giving me cabin fever.

will start reading tomorrow. had an awful day yesterday, thanks to a lousy phone call. I sure hate dealing with rude mean people who are supposed to be helpful. and take their unhappy life out on customers. ugh. looks interesting though will start reading tomorrow.
