Another cookbook I've had for ages but never entered into Goodreads. I made the Potato & Leek Soup again this weekend and it was just as incredibly delicious as ever 🍲✨ I always make it to use up the dark green parts of the leeks which other recipes always have you discard. Such a massive waste since this soup never fails even though I only use the unwanted part of the leek!
