I’ve seen someone say the Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo isn’t realistic because of the amount of husbands almost like celebrities in Hollywood aren’t going on their 7th as well. Elizabeth Taylor (who idk might be the inspiration) got married 8 times.

haha yes, I immediately thought of Elizabeth Taylor, and Zsa Zsa Gabor... I think a lot of those old timey Hollywood actresses had several marriages under their belt, because it was deemed more appropriate to marry and divorce than never marry at all.
