Indeed--some requests for coins & lots of correspondence with publishers, literary agents, et al. Also found it interesting that Ezra Pound was such a good friend to and proponent of Joyce. I will probably read all three volumes eventually, but not likely at one go.

Wes Allen There's an abridged one volume edition called the Selected Letters of James Joyce. This is the first of three volumes constituting the complete letters I believe. First one edited by Gilbert and the other two by Ellmann. And I guess FW is where my opinion diverges from Pound's! Talk about a polarizing book....
