Reading this was sad and funny at the same time. I mean, poor Maxon. I would't want to have his life with his father there at all. But I enjoyed knowing his thoughts with the whole process of The Selection starting. He was really doing an effort.

Amberly is totally a Queen!!
There's a picture in the book, about the Queen and the King. She looks so beautiful, and he looks handsome! 👀
It's confusing to read him as a non-evil person haha.
