Sometimes I wish the author would clarify whether the litigation examples are from the US, Canada, or someplace else. It's hard imagine many of the lawsuits cited in the book could succeed in any legal system other than the United States.

The book contains plenty of cases, with pros and cons of each possible course of action in ethically challenging situations.
