Oh my gosh I just realized this is narrated by Jim Dale - the narrator of Pushing Daisies!

A book club I'm in is reading this, so I actually have a legitimate excuse to reread this time! lol. Also, I'm listening to the audiobook for the first time.

Yes. I'm reading again. This is currently my "carry around everywhere in my purse to read when I have downtime or in the office on lunch breaks" book. Because I love it, and apparently every time I re-read The Starless Sea I'm going to have to come back to this too.

Angela I will be interested to hear what you think of this I have tried to read this several times and have had trouble getting into it. it really seems like my kind of book & I have had others tell me how much they loved it -I guess I have to keep with it longer

This is one of my all-time favorite books. I've already read it three times previously. I love the atmosphere, the characters, the whimsical, magical nature of everything. It has a dream-like quality that just resonates with me. I love it.

Krystal Angela, not sure if you're an audiobook person, but the audiobook version is absolutely beautiful. You just have to pay attention to follow the timelines.

Angela Thank you for the audio suggestion -I do listen to a lot of audio my depression makes it hard to concentrate on reading text I was able to get the audio at a great price & I am enjoying it & especially with Jim Dale narrating it
