Very informative, gave me a good base knowledge but I stopped reading in the middle because it’s misogynistic and slightly queerphobic and I felt uncomfortable. Nevertheless I would suggest the first 2 chapters because it captures bpd quite alright imo without the usual judgy approach to it!
