I have finished this book, and I want to say I loved it! For anyone who had close friends this is one to read possibly as a book club read among friends. The way Cathy Holton tells this 'friend' story is heartwarming and funny too.

I'm about halfway through. It's interesting but slow moving. There's a lot of reflection, I guess that's the charm of this book.
