So far I can understand that she's a robot brain with a clone/human body with a pulse but no reproductive organs. She does as told when she's told. She's hiding, what may be deemed as a defect, the fact that she's having memories of her "First" (the original human from which she was cloned; who is dead), can taste food, and tends to have urges to do things most clones don't; boys, feelings, cravings.
