Like I said this book goes really fast, I will say speaking from somebody with trauma it’s hard for me to close my eyes in a space where I don’t know everybody because of trauma. Obviously that’s not going to be everybody and most people probably are concerned that others are looking at them but for me it is related to my trauma.

I just love how this author talks about props and I important they are and that it doesn’t mean you’re doing a pose wrong in Fattic mean you’re doing the post correctly thank you

OK I like this. The author is very clear that yoga is not going to fix everything.
That is a massive problem, within the yoga community. I can say this especially somebody who is training to become a yoga teacher. Too many people look at yoga as a cure all that’s not so it’s nice to see this author using yoga and describing yoga as a tool.
