Brandon is an insensitive, self indulged oaf at times. So much so I've wanted to smack him and wish Lilith had. He deserves it after his treatmentof her. He knows it as well, or should.
Even with him irritating me, they are fire together. I can't figure out what draws him to her? Is it her icy continence he wishes to melt?

Fun story. Lots of parties, dancing, and verbal sparring. More than one romance seems to be forming. Keeps me wondering how they'll work out all the emotions tangled up here.

Laughed/smiled several times within 7 pages. Great start for our TBR challenge... now I need to find what's "unusual" about this choice. Maybe it will be an "unusual" amount of laughter? Just what I need.
