Granted, it's a self-help book. But it's not really like many other self-help books I've read. It doesn't promise to change your life magically or anything. Instead it feels more like a slap in the face. A good lesson for millennials like me, hooked on the virtual world of idyllic Instagram lives of others, tangled in a web of goals we're never going to achieve, delusional in our victimising ways. I'm loving it.
