Issue #4 -
With no medical assistance, Frank gets up from a bullet graze to the head to leap rooftops and break into buildings.
Not only that, Frank takes on criminal’s who were brainwashed into believing they are Punisher.
Brainwashed (or tortured) for the Trust by Alaric.
Now, Frank wants to take down the Trust.
But Alaric wants Frank on their side and will do anything to see that happen…

Frank was able to learn a lesson from this experience.
All I think is how in the world could his body have endured ALL that… And THEN he has to walk home in the rain!?!
Side note: Jigsaw was in the last 2 issues but as soon as Frank had the upper hand, he turned into a wimp!
You know what, at least he actually tried fighting Frank, the rest of ‘em just ran away!

The war Punisher started continues. For it to stop, Punisher has decided to work for peace between the mobs.
Unfortunately, The Trust - who wants to eradicate criminals, no matter who gets in the way, has other plans and a little girl gets caught in the cross-fire.
Kinda *spoilers* but Punisher gets shot in the head...how the heck does he survive that?!

The Punisher begins his crusade against the mob!
And he starts right at the top with...Kingpin. However, Wilson Fisk is always one step ahead…
This issue sees Castle playing the long game, pitting the mob bosses against each other to create havoc and eventually dismantling their ‘system’.
Unfortunately, it isn’t just criminals losing their lives over this war.
Also, Frank’s van gets blown up!

Punisher in prison!
While I liked the overall story, I just didn’t feel it was necessary to have a double-sized issue.
I did not like this iteration of Jigsaw. Do I believe he is a coward? Sure but most of the time, he acts like a whiny underling rather than an intelligent (and crazy) villain in his own right.
Also, has anyone heard of the Trust before?? Well, they help Frank ‘escape’ prison…
