It explains how ankle monitors work and how they know where you go etc.The monitor begun in 2006 and police starting seeing that it worked and help the police a bit more and if person with the monitors try to run or go away far police can track them they will always be found weather they run away far or try to do something to the monitor.

They end up in the worst places because they don’t become better or make there selfs better.In the book it also talks about how juvenile and jail is the worst place you can end up in it’s the worst place because there’s people in there that will make you feel so bad and make you realise things and a lot.
