I listened to this during a long drive across many, many prairies and farms, on my way to Iowa. It's a great book for that sort of trip. Honestly, the book that I have enjoyed the most of the many I've read of late. Very messy, but i feel for the main character so hard.

You ever feel the sword of Damocles hanging over the character's head? I feel it here. Woof. Every bit here is a tragedy. Every pin is getting set up and every pin is gonna get knocked down. It's a good book.
