Better proofreading/editing is needed.
Consistency in expression of time is a big example and one that is woefully inadequate. Time expressed in 12 or 24 hours; pick one.
Also, crazy usage of dashes and … and commas . Unnecessary placement of commas.
May be seemingly small and overly picky, but it’s disconcerting to avid readers (and ex-tech editors).
