I really love that each story is about a different brother, but there's so much drama and action going on as well. It helps build the foundation for the following book, while also making me fall in love with each individual brother. I didn't really care about Phury prior to this book tbh, but the little bits we read about him built up to this focused storyline. I now love Phury 😅
