An important, well written, and appalling book (in terms of content). Thus far I’m in the appalling part detailing some down right demonic things black brothers & sisters in Christ have endured over the years at the hands of those claiming to profess Christ as well (and some within my own tradition). It’s a hard read, to be sure, but well worth my time.
