Giving up. Difficult to understand clearly on audio. Plus it is way too dated to hear without getting infuriated. All women are looks/jewellery obsessed, men are status obsessed, and multiple mentions of religions/castes/social hierarchy. Though I tried my best to remind myself of the year in which this was first written, it was still tough to ignore when outdated beliefs and double standards keep cropping up.
