My reading has slowed to virtually nothing. I have no idea why. And the lack of reading fills me with guilt. I'm pretty sure that's not how it's supposed to work.

it happens sometimes (it's happened to me on more than one occasion). Let it go for a bit, go do something else; you're right: 'guilt' is not how it's supposed to work. This shouldn't be a chore. You'll get back to enjoying it, probably sooner if you stop worrying about it.
