Most of child Kevin's behavior reflects child abuse and tramua. Demonized at an early age, EVERY action became strange, weird and an attempt to get one over on Eva. Being a "sociopath" myself, although that term is no longer perferred, it is worthwhile to mention that Eva exhibits quite a few symptoms of mental illness herself. Paranoia being a big one. Kevin was not born a monster, he was made into one.
