Lots of training going on! I am amazed by how deep this book's magic system is. Totally cool!

Time for a training arc with everyone's favorite toothpick-chewing Borukin badass, Sosimo. I think he's my favorite character so far. But a close second is Captain Konquer (J/K. I just wanted to throw that name out there!)

Just got to meet a character that's going to be pivotal in explaining some of the world building in this book. The Woman seems to know more than she lets on, and I am interested to learn more from her soon!
