I must say, I'm not really sure what to expect in this book.
At the moment I feel Howard potentially dead and being kept alive by Francis' life and vigil is a magical being that can heal others. But at what cost?
Is Catalina ill and not of sound mind because she used some of this magic?
Or are they all high on mushrooms and paint that laces the walls.
