Timely and insightful with a great flowing narrative style of writing. It's interesting to get a blunt no-holds barred perspective from a woman on issues that females face in the workplace and concede that many are self generated. I've been saying a lot of these things for years and its encouraging to see how other women have approached these problems and found ways to thrive in the business world. Great so far.
