So far I'm finding this a great resource book. The shielding technique has really helped me sleep through the night and be more loving to folks when I see them in person. I'm now also doing the Chakra meditation for the next 13 days. I think it is good. Important to do some kind of healing, grounding meditation during this transition.

This is a great book. I do feel spiritually expanded and more part of the universe as I read it. I wish I would always have books like this to read, maybe that's why I'm reading it so slowly, LOL. I also feel the need to read escapist fare as well, that's why its going so slowly.
